Invoicing Made Simple

Invoicing is available beginning with the Starter plan. This includes creating invoices, sending invoice by email or printing them out, sending payment reminders by email and an overview of all invoices. Additionally with the Pro plan is payment processing, and data download of payments and invoices in either CSV, Excel or PDF format.

To simply generating invoices, templates are used as a basis. A template contains standard information, such as your company information, your logo, payment policies, and standard text for the invoice and reminder emails as well as information on the invoice itself.

You can create as many templates as you need. For example, one for commercial customers and another for private customers, monthly, quarterly or yearly membership dues, special fees, etc. There are no limit of the number of templates you can create and use.

Using the template, the payment due date and currency are set. If a VAT is set in the template, it will automatically appear for each item and be calculated.

Once the invoice is completed, you have three options:
  • Save as draft to complete it later
  • Save as complete to print out or send by email later
  • Save and send as email immediately
  • When the invoice is issued, the items are summarized and totalled. Notice the Payment QR Code

    Offer your customers multiple payment options

    By default, the invoices will display your bank account information for your customers to pay their invoices. Optional, a QR-Code can be displayed for payment over smartphone bank apps.

    As an alternative, your customers can use online payment services with the payment methods of your choice. Using your account by DigiWallet , a link and QR-Code will be provided on the invoice for payment. For invoices sent by email, a payment link and QR-Code will be included in the Email.

    An Overview of All Invoices is Always Available
    Each of the individual invoices are displayed and can be accessed.

    The following actions can be performed on each invoice:

  • View
  • Payments (Pro Plan)
  • PDF Download
  • Send by Email

    Payment Processing (Pro Plan)
    Customer payments can be tracked to update the invoice status. Reminders can then be sent for past due invoices.

    Providing customers online payments over DigiWallet allows payments to be automatically posted in the account.
